If the studio wasn't 51 minutes away from where I live - one way, I'd be hanging upside down doing my spine/back the biggest favor already!!! Aerial silks is gaining popularity in NYC gyms, I hope it eventually catches on on our side of the river. Yoga? Enough said! The two together sound like a plan to me. I'm just not willing to drive that faaar when I have my trusty 10 minute drive yoga studio all paid for 50 classes!
