I was surprised that an actual person picked up on the first ring. Not a recording or machine but a live human being. On the first ring too. I had him transfer me to the handbag section and he asked me which particular brand was I interested in. I said Goyard and he patched me through. After two rings, the voice mail picked up stating the person in charge's full name and instructions to leave the inquiry and contact info for them to get back to. So I did. It wasn't even 30 minutes later, I get a call back from a nice sounding lady who answered all my questions (retail price, sizes, color availability etc... etc..) 
I like. No ridiculous press this or press that number that take eons. Come to think of it, I shouldn't have been surprised. I should have expected nothing but the best from a luxury department store. Now, if only I can actually afford to shop at BG. LOL Curious lang naman ako.
