Ginger Shrimp Anyone?

Another shot at this drama called 'cooking'.




I paired the shrimp with yakisoba which I can't take credit for. You buy them packaged (noodles and seasoning) from the market and just add whatever veggies (shoti did the chopping hehe ) you have. I added enoki mushrooms, carrots, bean sproats and onions.

The shrimp was easy. I buy them deveined and ready to cook now. I experienced cleaning and deveining a pound once. Horrific. Never again. I had to google how to actually do it because I am that clueless.

I was done in 20 minutes. It was sweet (from the honey) and spicy (red pepper flakes). The ginger powder gave it a little 'sumthin'sumthin'.
