Theo Jansen

Kinectic Engineer/Artist/Sculptor Theo Jansen is amazing. He is a modern day Da Vinci?!?!? I am utterly fascinated. Back in school, we had one engineering lab where we played/learned kinetics with k'nex. Oh what fun! His creatures "eat the wind" and have bottles for a brain. It knows to turn, stay out of the water and pin itself to the ground. Binary step counters anyone?? 1,0 0,1 1,1 0,0

I am emailing this man. We need thinkers like him.
