There's sooo many of them now. From retail chains to premiere designers. I almost fell for the Anya Hindmarch "I'm not a plastic bag" trap and dragged my butt to Whole Foods one early morning. The downpour saved me from that ridiculousness. I think I might collect the retail chain ones. Parang pop art sila eh. When I go shopping, I usually just stuff everything into the first bag that I get. Sometimes in my own handbag when I'm carrying a big one. Sana nga lang yung packaging nila ay di din gawa sa supot. Anya's was criticized in the news for coming in plastic. That just defeats the purpose. I see more and more shoppers doing this. Companies/brands should also educate their own employees when they sell these, I bet a lot are still unaware of these campaigns at the check out. Anyhoo, here are a few I've actually seen on people.
In order of appearance: wal mart's paper or plastic?, target (my personal favorite priced at $5.50 for a pack of 5), jacobs by marc jacobs for marc by marc jacobs, ikea yellow & blue (we have a couple of these that we use for our our laundry, they're huge), green bag, envirosax, dvf's go green from intermix , bring your own bag from Vancouver, baggu
