I Still Am A Child Of The 80s
I tried recalling when I last wore leggings. First memory was when I was taking dance lessons then. I have vivid memories of trotting and traipsing around in leotards (I was five years old okay), leggings and ballerina shoes. I'd wear them to sleep too. Now they've been trendy for quite awhile. I thought I'd let the leggings/tights with mini skirts trend go by. I couldn't. I just need to wear my gajillion mini skirts out. The thing is, it's a-l-w-a-y-s foggy/chilly here in Daly City when I head out to the City in the morning. So there you go, it's a good reason to do the whole trend thing. I don't plan on just wearing them with mini skirts though. Maybe shirt dresses, tunics, big sweaters... Papatol din pala ako.

Hahaha... oh my gosh! When i first saw the trend, i was like, nah, thats one thing i wouldnt do. But when i got here, and after seeing a couple of girls in it, it actually looks cute! ;p I have a pair of leggings here, but naman, nung gradeschool pa ata ako nun eh! I think im gonna buy myself a pair! hihih... any brand u can suggest? :)

yup! it's great for chilly weather. You still show leg but not. haha ;)
ReplyDeleteCathy: I have an old pair of footless tights from FOREVER so I use that and bought 2 others from Old Navy (love your own!). the leggings come in gray and black and are around cheapo at $12.50. Meron din footless tights na $6.50 lang that come in black, brown, white and gray. :)
